helpful staff maintained golf course mosquito problem closed gym

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. gertrude, asha, and indra were particularly attentive at breakfast. they were always cheery and ready to help. the golf course was well maintained and challenging. I enjoyed playing a round.

the pest control needs improvement. there were many mosquitoes outdoors in the mornings and evenings. i found a lizard hiding behind the curtains one night. the maintenance team quickly removed it. the main hotel gym was closed. this was a significant inconvenience.

fantastic golf getaway!

big room amazing service italian restaurant

i totally loved the big room. the spa services were amazing and the breakfast was really good. there was plenty of parking, and the italian restaurant served great food. i really enjoyed the garden view from my balcony!

the carpets were a little outdated and seemed dusty. i wish they would replace them soon.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices that i really liked, but the options were consistent over my stay. the italian restaurant has delicious food. I went twice and was impressed both times.

fantastic facilities room service

I found the staff very helpful. Jan brought our room service. the lady on the phone from in-room dining was also very lovely! the facilities were great. Our stay was fantastic.

The carpets and curtains are outdated. they are full of dust. The hotel is adjacent to a golf club.
